In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on 9apeso. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 9apeso is not liable for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
3.3 To comply with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 9apeso will require Players to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document prior to processing any withdrawal. 3.4 9apeso reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for identity verification, source of funds verification, or compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.5 9apeso reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonuses if it reasonably determines that a Player has violated these bonus terms.
6.1 Each game available on 9apeso is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game-specific rules before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9apeso and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement:
8.1 9apeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) 9apeso is required to do so by PAGCOR or other regulatory directive; (c) 9apeso has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful activity has occurred; or (d) the Player has self-excluded.
8.2 In the event of Account closure due to Player breach, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet will be held pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 9apeso reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily affect access. 9apeso will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.
10.3 9apeso's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
